Personal Leadership Training

The concept

The personal leadership training consists of 3 4-hour sessions where we will deep dive in the foundations of personal leadership. Ideally the session are held at least 2 or 3 weeks apart so that participants can apply the learned theory & skills in practice. Personal leadership is about taking ownership of our own development path and trying to become more conciouss of our own actions and needs. We will spend time to analyze our own personality, norm & value system and behavior and try to explain it with modern theories. We will reflect on our own actions and take a step by step approach to improve ourselves and get to the next step. After this we will continue with our communication with others. Do we understand how we come across on others and how we give feedback? How can we do this in a non-harmfull way while still achieving maximum results?
