The Open Source platform for Personal and Leadership Development
Welcome to Singularion, a platform dedicated to sharing knowledge & insights to become happier, a better professional and leader and to get out of life what we want.
The idea
I started this platform because in December 2023 I decided to quit my job and travel the world for an unknown period without a house or appartment to go home to. When I made the decision I was giving personal leadership & leadership courses and coached a couple of people on a professional and personal level. We were enjoying this journey together too much to stop, so we searched for a way to stay in contact about my own learning experiences as I traveled. And so Singularion the company turned into Singularion the platform.
The website provides academical analyses of articles and theories, guidelines on how to approach this in practice and handy development tools to help you start or continue your own personal development journey. Everything is open source, because learning belongs to everyone. The original authors and developers are of course credited with the special work they have done.
On this website I will also share my own experiences for anyone who is interested. Most of all to share that the duality between knowing and doing is not always that simple and something I also struggle with daily. Through having this amazing opportunity of traveling I will share my good and bad experiences and reflect on my own personal growth and hopefully in doing so will encourage you along your way and help you with your understanding.

I believe that personal development tools and help should be available for anyone. Therefore there are discount rates for anybody with a lower income.
Online leadership programs are available for companies and individuals on request and will be built to the needs of the company or individual.
