Personal Leadership

The concept

The personal leadership training consists of 3 4-hour sessions where we will deep dive in the foundations of personal leadership. Ideally, the sessions are held at least 2 or 3 weeks apart so that participants can apply the learned theory & skills in practice. Personal leadership is about taking ownership of our development path and trying to become more conscious of our actions and needs. We will spend time building a holistic image of ourselves to analyze our own personality, norms & value system, and behavior and try to explain it with modern theories. We will reflect on our actions and take a step-by-step approach to improve ourselves and get to the next step. After this, we will continue with our communication with others. Do we understand how we come across to others and how we give feedback? How can we do this in a non-harmful way while still achieving maximum results?

What will be different at the end for you?
  • You will find and improve your ineffective behavior faster;

  • You will live more here and now and carry less stuff from old experiences;

  • You can build more effective relationships in your professional life;

  • You can build more intimate relationships in your personal life;

  • You started on a path of continuous self-improvement that you can continue yourself.

Models & Theories used:
  • Big 5 personality traits

  • C.G. Jung's theory on Introvert & Extravert and human functions

Skills
  • Being able to write down and analyze our reflections using the theory and models mentioned above;

  • Being able to analyze ourselves using the head-heart-body methodology;

  • Being able to see your own communication patterns and improve on them;

  • Being able to analyze our own norm & value system and how it influences our lives and interaction with others;

  • Being able to see and improve the relationships we are "stuck" in.
