Understand your own (un)healthy habits and behavior, where these come from, and have the ability to create new healthy habits in behavior for yourself;
Understand better how you act in life and how this influences your relationships;
Have made steps on a new path for yourself;
Have your personal toolbox to continue on this path for yourself.


What would make us a good fit?
My expertise lies in helping you examine yourself using strong models and concepts. The key is to transfer knowledge and know-how to make sure you take ownership of your own life and get a toolbox so that after bringing these techniques into practice you can continue on your own. My role is to be your knowledge database and mirror and at times this may be confrontational, but through this way, I can help you to reach your next steps and goals. The approach
We will start with an intake to delve into your needs, desires, plans, and issues you are running into. I will explain something about myself and the approach and models that we can use. If we both have a good feeling about cooperating we can continue to setting up a program. A program will usually involve giving you knowledge and ideas, challenging you to take action outside of the sessions, and reflecting together on how your progress is going. We will set an interval for our meetings and discuss the first steps. The goal is to make changes for you sustainable. In other words, you will be able to continue with the changes you made on your own and achieve new goals and levels of happiness.


Benefits of digital vs. live coaching
To be honest I always thought that coaching in person was the only thing that would work over a longer period. However, several online trajectories further and I must confess that I see a lot of benefits by doing it online:
There is a better focus when doing a meeting online. We need more time to adjust to introspection when we do it offline;
It gives us some distance to each other which gives clearer room to think and makes it less confrontational;
You can do it from your home which feels safe and comfortable.
