Welcome to Singularion, a platform dedicated to sharing knowledge on (Personal) Leadership Development and stories on the practical (not so perfect) side of things.

The Idea

This website is a combination between knowledge and the "art of doing". On the knowledge side, this platform provides you with a practical guide to academic models and theories, and handy development tools to help you start or continue your personal development journey.

On the art side, I will share my own experiences. In January 2024 I started a new development journey by leaving behind the Netherlands and traveling to other countries. Through this amazing opportunity I will share my good and bad experiences and reflect on my personal growth and hopefully in doing so will encourage you along the way and help you with your understanding.

On this platform, everything is open source, because learning belongs to everyone. The original authors and developers are of course credited with the special work they have done.

Have you ever been to a course and someone is just giving you a lot of models and theories? You could have read it or watched a video and the effect would have been the same.

A trainer, teacher or guide helps you to find the right models and to apply these in practice to see where they can be of use for you when you are trying to find your way. In this way, you can learn a self-sustaining form of personal development in any area. You can start with what you find on the website. But if you want or need help, you can always contact me!

I believe that personal development tools and help should be available for anyone. Therefore there are discount rates for anybody with a lower income.

Online leadership programs are available for companies and individuals on request and will be built to the needs of the company or individual.
